Cancellation Policy

A $35 cancellation fee will be charged for all appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. 

New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out new patient paperwork,

Late Policy

Please be on time.  Offering you the best possible experience at ETMWC is only possible if we have the appropriate time we have allotted for you. If you are late we will need to shorten the time of your treatment so our other clients may begin their treatment on time. We thank you for your help with this. 

Payments

We require a non-refundable deposit for weekend and before or after hours appointments. Full payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex & Health Saving plan cards

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be used for treatments or products and are valid for 3 months from date of issue unless otherwise specified. Gift Certificates are non refundable. 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. You will be fully draped or covered during all treatments. If you wish, you may bring a bathing suit with you. If at any time you fel uncomfortable please tell your therapist.
